Last updated: July 2026

Official SaaS Terms

📜 SaaS Platform Agreement Summary

By listing a business or purchasing a priority postcode slot on Dorset Emergency Hub, you agree to the recurring billing terms (£{{ sponsorshipPrice }}/month), directory advertising guidelines, and the limitation of liability policies outlined below.

👑 1. Postcode Sponsorship & Priority Bidding

Dorset Emergency Hub provides automated priority placement for verified local trade entities across designated Dorset postcode districts (DT and BH areas). Priority placement slots are granted on a monthly subscription basis billed at the standard rate of £{{ sponsorshipPrice }}/month via automated recurring billing through Stripe.

⚡ 2. Placement, Rotation & Badges

Active sponsors receive rotational top-placement within their designated trade category and target postcode area, along with the 👑 VERIFIED PARTNER badge. Slot availability per postcode is limited according to active platform settings to maintain lead quality and search relevance.

💳 3. Billing, Auto-Renewal & Cancellations

Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal link provided in your receipt emails, or by contacting platform support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid billing period; no partial or prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

🛡 4. Independent Contractor & Liability Disclaimer

Dorset Emergency Hub operates strictly as a digital advertising directory and lead distribution network. We are not a trade contractor, employer, or agent for any listed business. Homeowners and users connect directly with independent contractors. Dorset Emergency Hub accepts zero liability for disputes, poor workmanship, damages, delay, or accidents arising from services rendered by third-party contractors found via this directory.

📝 5. Accuracy of Business Information

Contractors are solely responsible for providing true, current, and active telephone numbers and company information. Platform administration reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing containing invalid contact info, fraudulent claims, or improper qualification badges (e.g., unverified Gas Safe or DBS status) without prior notice or refund.

🔒 6. Data Protection & Public Utility

By submitting a business to Dorset Emergency Hub, contractors consent to public display of their trading name, area, and telephone details for local emergency utility dispatch. Personal data is managed in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. For details, view our Privacy Policy.

⚙ 7. Service Availability & Platform Updates

While we strive for 99.9% network uptime, Dorset Emergency Hub does not guarantee uninterrupted service access. Platform updates, server migrations, or automated maintenance may occur periodically.
